About the Position

We are seeking an experienced legal professional with expertise in International Pension Law to join our team as an International Pension Law Specialist Lawyer.

  • This role will involve representing the firm in intricate matters, both in administrative and judicial contexts.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Communication and Negotiation: Engaging with clients, handling intriguing inquiries, and directly negotiating service agreements.
  • Research and Development: Conducting in-depth research and analysis to inform decisions, and providing specialized legal counsel through well-informed opinions.
  • Representation and Advocacy: Acting as the firm's representative in highly complex legal proceedings and safeguarding its interests.
  • Innovation and Leadership: Innovating and seeking intelligent solutions to meet diverse legal needs, with the opportunity to take a leadership role within the firm.
The Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Demonstrated expertise in International Pension Law, as evidenced by legal practice, scholarly research, publications, or an academic career.
  • Exceptional proficiency in verbal and written communication, both in English and Portuguese.
