Customer Operations Specialist

About the Role:

This position involves overseeing the delivery and technical performance of services, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive analysis and insights.

The ideal candidate will work closely with the account team to identify trends, usage patterns, and potential issues while tracking engagement and satisfaction metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects related to the performance of support models towards delivering customer commitments.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans, documentation, and customer-facing communications to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and share feedback with the account team.
  • Strive to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role.
  • Strong experience in customer success, process improvement, or data analysis.

Skills:

  • Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems and CRM tools.
  • Data analysis skills and methodologies for tracking customer satisfaction metrics.
