Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced software engineer to join our team. As a senior software engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications that meet the needs of our organization and clients.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable. You will also provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, ensuring that development best practices are followed and that code is developed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software applications that meet the needs of our organization and clients
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and technologies
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to analyze and estimate projects

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in computer systems, engineering or related fields. You will also need to have 5+ years of experience in similar roles, as well as expertise in complex problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.

Additionally, you will need to be proficient in Python, Java, and have experience building event-driven architecture. You will also need to have experience working in an Agile Scrum environment and be able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
