Job Overview:

A senior software engineer will lead the development, architecture, and delivery of scalable systems serving customers, partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fullstack engineering principles and experience working with agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing system solutions from concept through deployment.
  • Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers in a transparent and innovative environment.
  • Mentoring junior developers through code reviews and technical leadership.
  • Delivering high-quality software using CI/CD pipelines with an emphasis on performance, stability, and maintainability.
  • Contributing to system observability and resilience.
Required Skills:
  • At least 4 years of experience designing backend systems using REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • 2+ years of frontend experience with React and Server Side Rendering (SSR).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and distributed system architecture.
  • Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases and modern DevOps practices.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, secure coding, testing, and version control.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and product-led organizations.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with MobX, component libraries, or design systems.
  • Familiarity with microservices and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
