Monks has an opening for a talented semi-senior designer who wants to further their skills in digital asset design.

The ideal candidate will join a dedicated team in producing digital ads and assets, requiring impeccable production skills and the ability to harmonize speed, style, and scale to produce loads of good-looking assets at a steady pace.

About the Role
  • This is a fast-paced assignment that requires exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and coping with rapid change.
Responsibilities
  • Specializing in the design of static visuals for a wide variety of channels, including product interfaces, social media, and display advertising.
  • Working alongside designers and clients to provide production mechanical/template building expertise.
  • Contribute to different stages of the production process, from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in digital design.
  • Solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills.
  • Ability to keep files, layers, and folders super-organized.
  • Independence in managing small tasks and contributing to bigger projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
