Asset Movement Career

This role is integral to the processing of all internal and external transactions, primarily focusing on two Lines of Business: CWM and JPMA.

  • Review and approve daily collateral movements from Brokerage Accounts.
  • Process both Non-Managed and Managed Journals (internal transfers).
  • Review and process systematic requests.
  • Handle inquiries and manage escalations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets to external firms, covering both US-based and international markets.

Job Responsibilities

The Asset Movement Team operates across three strategic locations: New Jersey, Delaware, and Buenos Aires. The team's primary focus is on reviewing, verifying, validating, and correcting collateral movements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collateral movement review and approval.
  • Journals processing (Non-Managed and Managed).
  • Systematic request processing.
  • Inquiry handling and escalation management.
  • Timely asset delivery to external firms (US-based and international markets).
