Sr IT Business Analyst: A Career Opportunity

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support daily operations and incident management in the Sao Paulo region, providing high-level solution design and technical scope definition.
  • Collaborate with internal/global technical teams to identify existing solutions and integrations/developments required.
  • Lead requirements analysis process, elaboration of functional and technical specifications, monitoring of development deliveries, plan and execution of tests, User Acceptance validation support, and deployment of solutions in Production.
  • Participate in the whole development cycle as an IT Analyst, provide support to testing, development and business users with listed system issues, providing documentation accordingly.
Requirements
  • Advanced English language proficiency;
  • Hold a higher education degree;
  • High level knowledge of programming languages to execute queries in the database and analyze procedures for daily IT activities;
  • Analytical ability to understand and explain user requirements to be implemented in the system;
  • Agile Methods experience/knowledge;
  • Ability to deliver results driven; Initiatives and proactivity; Organization skills; Ability to work in a team collaborating with other employees;
