We are seeking a skilled professional to take up the role of Monitoring Tools Administrator.
- This position requires strong technical expertise in monitoring tools management and scripting.
- The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with RESTful API interaction, ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM, PowerShell, bash, Python, shell script, and AppDynamic, ThousandEyes.
Candidates should possess strong English verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment, and understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with customers to gather requirements for monitoring implementation.
- Analyze customer needs and implement solutions based on company standards.
