Healthcare Monitoring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Monitoring Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical monitoring team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical trial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site and remote monitoring activities to ensure compliance with clinical trial protocols and regulations.
- Review and assess investigational products, including physical inventory and records review.
- Draft and submit reports and letters in a timely manner using approved business writing standards.
- Evaluate site processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with investigative sites, clients, and project teams to ensure seamless trial execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a life science-related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research monitoring, preferably with a focus on site management.
- Valid driver's license (where applicable).
