  • Ensure the seamless functioning of all IT systems and networks, including performance testing and troubleshooting.
  • Implement and maintain robust security policies to protect data and systems, including data recovery plans.
  • Provide expert technical support and training for employees, addressing any IT-related issues.
  • Regularly audit systems and assess their performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support and coordinate cybersecurity and information security activities for the organization following global standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Knowledge of network security, cloud computing, and technical support.
  • Data analysis and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • MBA in Technology Management is an advantage.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
