This position requires strong collaboration across technology teams and will have a direct impact on the security of our systems and services used by active customers worldwide.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Development, DevOps, or Engineering, with a similar technology stack. Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure preferred) is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing and maintaining a Security Champions network across engineering teams
  • Partnering with developers to build secure CI/CD pipelines and ensure applications and cloud environments meet security requirements
  • Coordinating and tracking vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and remediation across applications and cloud infrastructure
  • Building, supporting, and tuning security tooling (SAST, DAST, SCA, dependency scanning, etc.) used by engineering teams
  • Providing expert consulting and guidance on cloud/application security reviews, threat modeling, and remediation
  • Leading and delivering security-focused projects within defined timelines
  • Driving security-by-design practices into the SDLC, ensuring security is a core component of software delivery
  • Evaluating, recommending, and implementing emerging security technologies to strengthen defenses

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent English language skills
  • Strong background in Development, DevOps, or Engineering, ideally with a similar technology stack
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure preferred)
  • Ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Hands-on experience with secure software development practices (threat modeling, secure design, secure coding, code analysis, security testing, automation)
  • Ability to code/script solutions to improve automation and security workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Industry certifications such as GCLD, GCPN, GPCS, GCSA, GWEB, CCSP, CISSP, CISM are highly valued
  • Candidates with OSCP certification will be strongly considered
