The Role

You will lead the strategy and execution of our supply chain operations. This includes managing global inventory levels, forecasting demand, and optimizing order flow from purchase order to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage global inventory levels across multiple channels.
  • Develop and implement data-driven demand forecasts.
  • Prevent overstock and stockouts through effective planning.
  • Optimize order flow from purchase order to delivery.
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and warehouses to maintain service level agreements.
  • Ensure seamless restocks and product transfers across regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Oversee freight and logistics operations.
  • Negotiate timelines and payment terms that balance speed with capital efficiency.
  • Develop internal dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Share actionable insights with leadership to inform business decisions.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities across shipping, warehousing, and procurement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management.
  • Deep knowledge of e-commerce and global fulfillment networks.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end logistics.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Experience managing freight, customs, and multi-region inventory flows.
  • Experience working in high-growth consumer product brands.
  • Prior work in multi-market fulfillment.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management software.
  • Background in cost accounting or experience working closely with finance teams.
