About the Role

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm that offers a range of innovative financial services, including FX risk management, trade finance, currency accounts, international payments, and API integration.

We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Telecoms Senior Analyst to join our IT Services division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our computer networks and telecoms solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust network and telecoms solutions to meet the needs of our business.
  • Install, configure, and support network and telecoms equipment, including firewalls, switches, and telephony devices.
  • Troubleshoot related problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software faults.
  • Act as the escalation point for all network and telephony related issues, liaising and escalating where appropriate to the necessary parties.
  • Create and analyze reports to track trends, identify areas for improvement, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless support and problem resolution.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of networking technologies and protocols, including switching and routing, dynamic routing protocols, and proxy and reverse proxy.
  • Experience with NG firewalls, NAC, EDR, and NX-OS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience of working effectively on your own initiative, and also within a team and collaborating with others to achieve shared goals.
