Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional technical support to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support and Issue Resolution: Utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot product issues, document complaints accurately, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Customer Engagement and Documentation: Engage with customers to collect detailed information about complaints, document them accurately in the complaint management system, and adhere to quality compliance standards.
  • Collaboration and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Field Service, Sales, Marketing, and Quality Assurance teams to support continuous improvement efforts, maintain product knowledge, and represent Technical Support on projects and operational teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Engineering (Biochemical/ Mechanical/Electrical), or related courses.
  • 1-2 years of related work experience in customer service, technical support, service, or product support roles.
  • Language Skills: English & Portuguese Fluency (written & spoken) required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working for or partnering with US-based Life Sciences/Diagnostic/Medical Device Companies is desirable.
  • Possess a strong customer-oriented mindset, understanding customer expectations, and empathizing with their needs.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and use of commercial computer application packages (MS Office) and familiarity with SalesForce.com or similar CRM systems.

Work Arrangement:

  • This role is eligible for remote work arrangements and may include occasional overnight travel.
