Finance Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking an experienced finance planning and analysis professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting support to senior business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consolidation of CRO Opex, Headcount, and Capex forecasts including commentary from Regional FP&A teams and Global CR Finance Opex planners
  • Support preparation of Opex, Headcount, and Capex parts of presentations to Global senior management
  • Monthly and quarterly performance reporting
  • Monthly CRO Headcount report
  • Consolidation of CRO Opex, Headcount, and Capex commentary from Regional and Global CR Finance Opex planners to support global CR Finance flux and flash reporting
  • Ownership of CRO Capex for quarterly Capex Governance meeting
  • CR Finance AFFO Reporting
  • Management of Budget adjustments and transfers for the CRO function
  • Track performance against key targets and outcomes and produce regular corporate level reporting to senior business leaders

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with 5-8 years relevant experience in finance planning and analysis. They will possess strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior business leaders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven management reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience in a multinational environment
  • Strong communication & presentation skills with the ability to engage with senior business leaders
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint skills
  • Tableau & Power BI experience an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate complicated information to a wide range of audiences
  • Ability to direct and influence resources without direct reporting relationships
  • Exercise judgment based on financial analysis using multiple sources of information
  • Experienced user of financial systems, Oracle, Hyperion, database, or other reporting tools
  • Organized, strategically focused, detail-oriented, self-starter. Able to deal with ambiguity in a constantly evolving environment
  • A team player who can work with stakeholders in other functions to achieve objectives
