Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join their team. As a key player in financial planning and reporting, you will be responsible for providing FP&A support for LATAM in the Pharmaceuticals segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide FP&A finance support related to free cash flow, expenses control, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner.
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Partner directly with the FP&A local team to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
- Work on LATAM projects and initiatives that impact the entire region.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, accounting or related field.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Experience in FP&A or Controllership.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Proactive attitude and leadership skills.
Preferred:
- Pharmaceutical experience.
- Industry experience.
Other:
- Spanish language skills are an asset.
