Key Player in Revenue Growth

Our team at monday.com is on the lookout for an experienced individual to have a significant impact on our business. We are seeking a skilled performance or partner management professional who can provide comprehensive training to teams and individuals.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee key performance indicators and conduct needs analysis to identify areas for improvement in revenue growth.
  • Develop targeted training programs for teams and individuals.
  • Manage curriculum and documentation.
  • Gather feedback and improve training processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in AE/AM/Channel sales roles.
  • Experience in management, training, or onboarding, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with Learning Management platforms is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and independent.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, etc., is advantageous.
  • Experience with monday.com is a plus.
