We are seeking a seasoned Portfolio Manager to lead our revenue growth initiatives. This role involves driving key projects and strategies across the hotel community.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in project management, revenue optimization, and stakeholder engagement. They will work closely with operations partners to ensure seamless implementation of these initiatives.
- Develop and implement revenue-related strategies for assigned regions.
- Provide direct support to hotels to drive performance metrics.
- Drive the development and operation of strategic programs to enhance revenue management services penetration.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Finance, or a relevant field.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in hotel operations management, revenue management, or field consulting.
You should possess excellent project management skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven track record of building relationships.
