About the Role:
As a Systems Operations Analyst at FIS, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our industry-changing technology platforms. Your skills will be essential in supporting client-facing systems and applications, driving issue resolution, and proactively investigating errors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hardware and software in a 24x7 processing environment to ensure peak performance at full capacity.
- Recognize abnormal processing conditions and respond appropriately to resolve errors in a timely manner.
- Use production control tools and resources to analyze and respond to all system processing errors.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and mainframe and/or open systems operating systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High school diploma or GED required - Associate's, bachelor's or the equivalent experience may be required at higher career levels.
