About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Systems Operations Analyst to join our team at FIS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing hardware and software in our 24x7 processing environment to ensure peak performance at full capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recognizing abnormal processing conditions and responding appropriately to resolve errors in a timely manner.
  • Managing hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive issue resolution and proactive error investigation.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of financial services industry and mainframe and/or open systems operating systems.
  • Ability to use production control tools and resources to analyze and respond to all system processing errors.
  • High school diploma or GED required - Associate's, bachelor's or the equivalent experience may be required at higher career levels.
