Clinical Research Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Research Site Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing clinical research studies at sites across the globe, ensuring the safety and efficacy of our products.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with site staff and investigators
- Manage study start-up, maintenance, and close-out activities
- Conduct site visits, including validation visits, initiation visits, monitoring visits, and close-out visits
- Collect, review, and monitor required regulatory documentation
- Communicate with investigators and site staff on issues related to protocol conduct, recruitment, retention, protocol deviations, and overall site performance
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical research site management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
