The Clinical Research Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of clinical trial site management. They establish strong relationships with clinical sites, guaranteeing compliance with regulations and study requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage site initiation, develop effective patient recruitment strategies, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Conduct on-site visits to evaluate site efficacy, provide training to staff, and address any issues that may arise.
- Oversee trial conduct at designated sites, protecting human subjects' rights and well-being.
- Develop and implement strategies for patient recruitment, problem-solving, and maintaining positive working relationships with sites and staff.
- Site Management experience or equivalent in clinical research, with a thorough understanding of clinical trials methodology and terminology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and interact professionally within client organizations.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including CTMS, EDMS, MS-Office products, and ability to work in a matrix environment.
