Our organization is seeking an experienced travel manager to lead the planning and execution of large-scale events.

This role involves coordinating logistics, scheduling, and expense policy management for company events with hundreds of attendees from over 80 countries.

The successful candidate will require strong coordination, planning, decision-making, budgeting, procurement, reporting, and management skills.

They will also need to handle visas, travel complications, and unexpected situations requiring a rigorous approach and high work ethic.

The team responsible for this role provides traditional 'EA' services for company leaders, setting and delivering expectations on specific kinds of work.
