Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Ebaotech Brasil Tecnologia Da Informacao. As a key member of our Project Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for leading projects in the assigned region/s and ensuring their successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Guidance and Oversight: Provide project transparency, project PDSP and delivery, and quality target tailoring. Offer project guidance for each milestone and activity.
- Project Management Consulting: Support issue/risk identification, and follow up on project management-related issues.
- Effort Estimation and Risk Management: Familiar with effort estimation methodology and development engineering process. Control risk during the presales stage and conduct contract review.
- Project Coordination and Monitoring: Figure out the overall picture of the project, monitor contract status, scope, timeline, progress, quality, and client satisfaction. Coordinate resources across the project team.
- Financial Forecasting and Analysis: Conduct milestone deliverable and quality review. Familiar with project financial forecast and P&L variance analysis. Coordinate monthly reports and gate review reports.
- Issue Resolution and Escalation: Responsible for key issue resolution and escalation. Identify issues/risks, collect information for RCA, communicate with stakeholders, and provide resolution options and mitigation plans.
- Business Coordination and Control: Coordinate business among the whole organization. Identify owners, verify qualifications, and follow up on annual budgets and quality targets.
- Financial and Business Direction: Accountable for the overall financial and business direction achievement. Familiar with cloud business and cloud technology. Support presales and conduct bid reviews. Guide new sales directions.
- Variance and Activity Follow-up: Coordinate and influence Segment head and RBU head for problem-solving. Key variance and activity follow-up (with significant impact compared to targets).
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 10 years' experience in the software industry, with no less than 5-8 years of PM experience.
- Familiarity with cloud tech stack (K8S, DevOps, Microservice, security, performance, etc.).
- Working experience in global IT or consulting companies.
- CMMI, PMP, ITIL knowledge preferred.
- Insurance industry knowledge preferred.
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking.
- Good self-management.
