Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Support Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to field teams, ensuring the successful deployment and maintenance of our safety and security ecosystem.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and supervising field activities to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects;
  • Guaranteeing operational continuity of services and working closely with our EHS team to promote a safe working environment;
  • Executing and supporting technical tasks related to service scope, including monitoring and controlling work carried out by field teams;
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and suggesting ways to enhance quality and efficiency.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering;
  • At least 5 years of experience in radiocommunication configuration and implementation;
  • Strong knowledge of radio communication technologies, including Motorola P25, Mototrbo, TETRA, DMR, and LMR;
  • Experience with video surveillance configuration and implementation, as well as MW link technical implementation;
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
