Job Opportunity

The role of IT Analyst II is a critical position within the Agile Software Delivery Process. This individual will enrich the team in areas of Requirements Engineering, Continuous Testing, and Production Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Engineering: Refine User Stories and Features, collaborate with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts to generate ideas, determine, document, check, coordinate, and manage requirements.
  • Define acceptance criteria and integration points with other systems, communicate effects of system changes in cooperation with other teams.
  • Contribute to wireframe and visual design definition, support global development teams in clarifying requirements, visually represent business processes, and estimate efforts for new developments and improvements.
  • Continuous Testing: Quality assure implementation of technical and functional requirements, plan and execute tests, define test conditions and scripts, support test automation setup, analyze test results.
  • Production Support: Successfully process customer and dealer inquiries, troubleshoot and change as part of the AGCO IT incident process, analyze errors, support development team in troubleshooting, monitor system uptime, and maintain compliance with guidelines and control processes.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Active participation in agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Ensure all employees and teams adhere to guidelines and control processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent education.
  • Several years of professional experience (minimum 7 years).
  • Relevant experience in software development, knowledge of agile methods (e.g., SAFe), and analytical comprehensive thinking are advantageous.
  • Experience in requirements engineering, testing, and production support, good communication skills in English, and independent behavior are desirable.
