Job Role

The primary responsibility of an Engineering Manager is to lead a team of engineers and develop their technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct a distributed team of engineers and its MLOps/Analytics portfolio
  • Organize and lead the team's processes to achieve objectives
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members
  • Identify and measure team health indicators
  • Engage with a vibrant community
  • Review code produced by other engineers
  • Mentor and grow direct reports, helping them achieve professional goals

Essential Requirements:

  • A proven track record of professional experience in software delivery
  • Professional Python development experience, preferably with open source involvement
  • A thorough understanding of the machine learning space, its challenges, and opportunities for improvement
  • Experience designing and implementing MLOps solutions
