**Job Overview**

As a Sr. Asset Valuation Advisor, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

You will be responsible for the analysis and synthesis of complex financial data to support strategic decision-making.

Your expertise will include economic modeling, asset valuation, and project evaluation, with a focus on delivering high-quality work products that drive business growth.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies for the monetization of assets, as well as develop tools and processes to improve decision quality.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Framing and synthesizing complex financial information for executive presentations
  • Developing economic models to support investment decisions
  • Evaluating growth strategies in assets (core or infrastructure) in M&A and NBD processes
  • Structuring and participating in commercial negotiation phases

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Finance/Administration/Accounting/Engineering
  • Experience in Project Evaluation (Corporate Finance, M&A and/or NBD), modeling, and development of Business Plans
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and oral
  • CFA (desirable), Postgraduate/MBA (desirable)
