As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of social discovery. Your primary role as Brand Marketing Manager will involve:

  • Viral Campaign Development: Generate innovative ideas for low-cost viral campaigns that capture users' attention and drive engagement.
  • Brand Activation Strategy: Design and execute strategies to increase organic sales through targeted brand activations.
  • Growth Channel Optimization: Collaborate with SMM and PR managers to leverage social media and PR as key growth channels.
  • Funnel Optimization: Develop transparent funnels to convert organic reach into sales, providing actionable insights for future improvements.
  • Cross-Platform Campaigns: Launch experimental campaigns across emerging digital spaces like TikTok and Instagram to stay ahead of the curve.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Marketing Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in social media, brand activations, PR, or guerrilla marketing.
  • Track Record: Proven ability to launch successful, creative campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Content Creation: Hands-on knowledge of creating engaging organic content, with a focus on visual production.
  • AI Integration: High AI fluency, enabling seamless adoption and integration of AI tools into daily creative production and testing.
  • Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyze ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Community Building: Experience in building and engaging online communities.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Russian (C1+).
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Proactive, experimental, and not afraid to test unconventional ideas.
  • SEO and ORM Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO and ORM tactics is an asset.
