As a strategic partner to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing strategy and ensuring the seamless execution of large-scale projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, process definition, project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production and execution of marketing projects from inception to completion.
  • Design and establish efficient processes for the marketing department.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale marketing projects.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing projects support overall business goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing large-scale projects and teams.
  • Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities, especially for leading and coordinating peers and their teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
