Our ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of leading and managing teams, developing talent through coaching and mentoring, and working closely with Product Management to define the vision and strategy for our products.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a globally distributed team of engineers to deliver cloud-init
  • Develop talent through coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development
  • Collaborate with Product Management to define the vision and strategy for our products and your team
  • Effectively communicate and manage expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders
You Will Be Successful If
  • You have a strong passion for developing and growing people and a proven track record of doing so
  • You are knowledgeable and passionate about software development and its applications
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring software developers
