- Extensive experience with Web, Mobile, Backend, and Frontend development, as well as software and system quality.
- Advanced English skills to communicate effectively with native-speaking stakeholders.
- Proven leadership and management experience in agile squads.
- Distributed systems architecture knowledge.
- Strong Java experience.
- Strong Angular experience.
- Experience with Cloud Providers (preferably AWS).
