We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead our internal projects, driving multiple engineering teams to meet complex challenges.
Main Responsibilities:- To align disparate stakeholders by clarifying technical issues and facilitating collaboration between production, marketing, and development teams.
- To communicate challenges, risks, and trade-offs in a clear and constructive manner.
- To ensure feature request requirements are well-defined, consistent, and achievable.
- To manage and mentor engineering leads and individual contributors.
- To facilitate communication with cross-discipline teams to understand feature goals and requirements.
- To work with engineering leads to establish and refine development roadmaps.
- A technical leader with experience in team success facilitation.
- Proven experience shipping AAA titles across multiple platforms.
- Expertise in advanced networking, real-time physics, and dynamic services.
- Advanced C++ skills and experience with scripting languages, low-level debugging, and optimization.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience collaborating with and managing relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Deep expertise in product lifecycle management.
- Experience with Unreal Engine 5.
- A passion for personal development and continuous improvement.
