Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the development of our rider culture.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our riders' needs and preferences, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote problem-solving and reduce issues from their source.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a rider culture strategy, coordinating large-scale events, and leading the team in building rider culture and experience projects.
