Our team focuses on building and scaling innovative financial solutions for earners and consumers worldwide.

We drive key initiatives that improve financial access and flexibility through products like Earner and Merchant Lending, Uber Pro Debit, Consumer Credit, and more.

A multidisciplinary group of engineers, product managers, and data scientists works closely with global and local teams to deliver seamless financial experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programs from initial concept through launch and ongoing iteration with a focus on financial products.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data Science, Legal, and Compliance teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; resolve issues before they impact timelines or quality of delivery.
  • Drive cross-functional strategic planning processes including defining program scope, aligning on priorities, managing resources, and communicating tradeoffs to stakeholders.
  • Establish clear success metrics and tracking mechanisms to ensure programs deliver measurable business value.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across global and local teams aligning efforts and ensuring consistent execution.
  • Champion operational excellence by continuously improving program delivery frameworks, communication channels, and team collaboration models.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Manager in software or systems development.
  • Proven success in managing end-to-end delivery of technical programs in the payments or financial technology domain.
  • Strong technical acumen with experience in distributed systems and microservice architectures.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Mastery of project management methodologies Agile, Waterfall, and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of launching critical products ideally in FinTech, payments, or other regulated industries.
  • Deep understanding of financial services and technologies.
