Clinical Site Navigator Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized individual to fill the role of Clinical Site Navigator. This key position will play a critical part in coordinating site-level activities throughout the start-up phase of clinical trials.

">Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of site-level tasks associated with efficient site activation in accordance with ICH/GCP guidelines, local regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.

  • Identification of potential research sites that align with study criteria and assessment of their capabilities and resources.

  • Initial site outreach, including site engagement, collection of Confidentiality Agreement, and feasibility survey.

  • Remote pre-study visits and follow-up documentation, including visit preparation, trip report completion, and other documentation as required to support site selection.

  • Support for customization and translation of informed consent forms and patient-facing materials.

  • Collection, tracking, and quality review of essential documents required for effective and compliant study site activation.

  • Participation in team meetings to progress trials and implement action plans for site-level risks, underperforming sites, or issues impacting project milestones.

  • Support for CRA teams in preparing for SIVs by coordinating with vendors, supplies teams, and study leads to ensure timely distribution of clinical trial supplies, accesses, and documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University/College degree (life science preferred) or certification in a related allied health profession from an accredited institution.

  • Minimum 2 years' work experience in clinical research, including a strong working knowledge of ICH guidelines and RA, IRB/IEC regulations.

  • Advanced English level.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of research protocol requirements and proven ability to communicate them effectively.
