Senior Technical Specialist: Digital Implementation

At a leading technology firm, we seek a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist: Digital Implementation to enhance our customers' productivity and resolve complex issues.
The ideal candidate will be part of our Global Customer Success team in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, working closely with R&D and Product Engineering to identify and prioritize product improvement initiatives through formal methods.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert technical support to customers, enabling them to optimize their digital tool adoption and workflows.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop high-impact knowledge content, tool adoption kits, and other resources that increase self-service for customers.
- Designing and implementing out-of-the-box solutions to customer problems using advanced scripting techniques and tool capabilities.
- Deploying machine learning-based solutions to improve productivity and power, performance, area (PPA).
- Ensuring timely resolution of complex problems and delivering high-quality customer complaints reports for R&D resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or related fields.
- Experience in digital implementation flows on advanced nodes.
- Expertise in one or more domains – synthesis/physical design - place & route/STA.
- Excellent debugging skills and ability to separate critical issues from trivial ones.
