Senior Risk Analyst Role

This key role is responsible for performing proactive risk analysis to identify risk factors and trends in large datasets.

  • The successful candidate will develop and implement new fraud prevention strategies based on identified trends, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of anti-fraud measures.
  • Responsibilities also include supporting Risk Operations with process and tool improvements, as well as leading fraud and tool insights conversations with potential merchants.
  • In addition, the analyst will assist in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as needed, providing expertise in data-driven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Required Skills:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in e-commerce, payments, or risk-related industries is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of data-driven problem-solving are vital for success in this role.
  • Experience with database languages (e.g., SQL) and BI/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Splunk) is highly desirable.
  • Critical thinking skills, advanced judgment capability, and the ability to work independently are also essential.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays may be required.
