We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and take on this critical responsibility.

  • Monitor and maintain our production environment ensuring high uptime and performance.
  • Support integration projects and requests from customers, providing timely solutions to technical issues.
  • Investigate and debug ETL processes to identify and rectify any bottlenecks.
  • Conduct data quality assurance and analysis in Snowflake, MsSQL, and BigQuery, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Perform configuration management to ensure consistency and standardization across systems.
  • Create scalable and robust processes to support business growth and expansion.
  • Communicate directly with customers to resolve technical issues, providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in ProdOps and support, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical skills and experience with SQL, with a solid understanding of database concepts and principles.
  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
