We're on a quest to drive innovation in transportation by championing partner support and streamlining onboarding processes. As a key member of our Retail Partnerships team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onboarding of retailers into our platform, ensuring a seamless integration with Brazilian carriers.
  • Continuously improve processes and address partner requests to enhance the onboarding experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, customer support, and content teams to continuously improve our underlying technology and processes.

Work Environment:

We operate as a remote-first company with teams located around the globe. You'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while being part of a dynamic and international team.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience working with APIs and Postman, with strong SQL skills.
  • Previous exposure to Zapier.
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Keen eye for detail, balancing accuracy with efficiency, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, quickly grasp new technical concepts, and manage multiple initiatives with shifting priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
