Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead our digital government project. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure, developing and deploying applications using continuous integration and deployment practices, maintaining and optimizing system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Scalable Cloud Infrastructure: Develop and maintain efficient and secure cloud architecture, ensuring optimal resource utilization and scalability.
  • Develop and Deploy Applications: Utilize continuous integration and deployment practices to build, test, and deploy applications efficiently.
  • Maintain and Optimize System Performance: Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, quality assurance, and operations teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in systems development projects, preferably in Linux environments and cloud architecture.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, as well as continuous integration and deployment practices.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript programming, including backend and frontend integration, and hands-on experience with GIT and GitHub.
  • A university or tertiary degree in Computer Science or a related field.
