
Senior Manager of Customer Success

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Customer Success to lead our long-tail restaurant portfolios, regional teams and BPOs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing commercial strategies and processes that drive growth and profitability.
The successful candidate will have deep familiarity with the food service and delivery-aggregator ecosystem, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coach managers and coordinators while setting high expectations for execution.
This is a critical role in our organization, requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders and functions.
- Lead regional teams and BPOs to achieve business objectives.
- Design and implement commercial routines and processes to drive growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategies to activate, retain and grow our long-tail restaurant portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or commercial roles, including team leadership.
- Deep knowledge of the food/aggregators market and marketplace dynamics.
- Proven track record of performance turning portfolios around and sustaining results.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
