Assistant Manager, Driver Operations

This role is responsible for ensuring efficient driver onboarding, leading initiatives to grow branded vehicles, and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical skillset, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and knowledge of local transport regulations.

  • The Assistant Manager, Driver Operations will optimize the driver onboarding process for efficiency, compliance, and a positive experience.
  • Develop strategies to increase adoption of branded stickers on driver vehicles.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to driver verification and conversion.
  • Collaborate with teams to design campaigns encouraging driver participation.
  • Identify operational gaps and propose improvements to enhance driver satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards throughout onboarding and vehicle branding processes.
  • Support and organize driver-related events, workshops, and training sessions.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in contact center operations, logistics, or partner driver management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of local transport regulations and onboarding processes.
  • Fluent in English.
