Senior Enterprise CRM Architect

Our organization is seeking an experienced Staff Architect CRM to drive end-to-end CRM strategies, collaborate with stakeholders across departments, and ensure architectural integrity while modernizing complex legacy CRM ecosystems in highly regulated environments.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 8+ years of experience working in Software Architecture. Additionally, they should have 5+ years of experience working in CRM systems, familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, Salesforce CRM, and HubSpot CRM, as well as proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, data sync strategies, and middleware integration.
The Staff Architect CRM will be responsible for leading CRM platform selection, integration design, and modernization strategy, architecting scalable, secure, and compliant CRM implementations, collaborating with functional stakeholders to translate business processes into technical solutions, developing data models and workflows for constituent engagement, service delivery, and case management, defining and enforcing architecture standards across delivery teams, guiding internal and external engineering teams through execution, ensuring platform governance, extensibility, and data residency compliance, and more.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 8+ years of experience working in Software Architecture
- 5+ years of experience working in CRM systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, Salesforce CRM, and HubSpot CRM
- Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, data sync strategies, and middleware integration
