About the Role

As a key contributor, you will apply advanced optimization techniques to solve complex scheduling challenges. With strong analytical and modeling skills, you will design solutions that improve efficiency and ensure compliance.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining large-scale scheduling models, integrating operational rules and business constraints, and applying optimization solvers to generate feasible schedules.

Key qualifications for this role include advanced knowledge of optimization modeling, experience in developing and maintaining large-scale scheduling models, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Julia, or C++, and strong understanding of data analysis for planning.

You will be expected to work effectively with technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality results and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of optimization modeling (integer programming, constraint programming, heuristics/metaheuristics).
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining large-scale scheduling models in applied environments.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Julia, or C++.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis for planning based on event calendars, service times, passenger volumes, and destination planning.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical stakeholders.
