We are seeking a skilled Visual Design Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our design group, you will be responsible for developing high-quality visual designs that meet the needs of our clients.
- You will work closely with art directors and designers to create impactful visuals that communicate the message and brand identity of our clients.
- You will receive file and direction handoffs from creative teams and finalize emails, direct mail packages, banners, individual image assets, and mock-ups according to agreed-upon specifications.
- You will adhere to brand guidelines while also developing new styles and creative proposals.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience working with assets at scale, adapting them for multiple formats and localizations.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for process improvement.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Desirable: After Effects knowledge.
- Fluency in Google Workspace, including Drive, Docs, Slides, and Sheets.
