En DHNN estamos buscando un UI - Visual Designer para sumarse a nuestro equipo Trabajamos de manera remota por lo que los candidatos podrán vivir en cualquier ciudad
Responsabilidades y desafíos

  • Generar soluciones creativas, disruptivas e innovadoras para cada proyecto, interpretando briefs del cliente y alineándose con la dirección creativa de DHNN.
  • Diseñar flujos de usuario, wireframes, interfaces y prototipos que den lugar a experiencias digitales intuitivas e impactantes.
  • Crear diseños visuales de alto nivel, con precisión pixel-perfect, manejo de tipografía, grillas y layouts sólidos.
  • Contribuir al desarrollo de conceptos visuales y dirección de arte, con pensamiento crítico y sensibilidad estética.
  • Utilizar IA como herramienta de diseño y mantenerse actualizado sobre tendencias UI, visuales y tecnológicas.
  • Aplicar técnicas de storytelling en presentaciones para equipos internos y clientes.
  • Participar en dinámicas creativas colaborativas, compartiendo ideas y asesorando a otros diseñadores cuando sea necesario.

Requisitos
  • 5 años de experiencia en diseño visual y UI/UX para productos digitales.
  • Dominio avanzado de Figma (componentes, Design Systems, prototipado).
  • Manejo de herramientas de diseño digital como Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Portfolio online actualizado que refleje tu pensamiento visual y experiencia UI.
  • Capacidad para iterar con rapidez, sin perder dirección estética ni conceptual.
  • Buen nivel de inglés (oral y escrito).
  • Ganas de trabajar en equipo.
  • Plus conocimientos de Webflow, Spline y animación básica.
