As a Supply Chain Senior Analyst, you will play a vital role in delivering healthcare solutions to people every year.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional with exceptional planning and attention to detail skills to join our External Manufacturing & Supply team. This talented individual will contribute to protecting people from infectious diseases and bringing hope to patients and their families.
Main Responsibilities:- Supply Chain focal point for issues related to products produced in third parties.
- Maintain adequate stock levels through continuous monitoring and timely replenishment.
- Place purchase orders with suppliers and monitor the fulfillment of deliveries.
- Ensure Contract Manufacturers (CMOs) comply with contract clauses.
- Develop and implement action plans to reduce product destruction and materials with low shelf life.
- Collaborate on New Product Launches and provide strategic support.
- Fulfill stock and service level policy established by the organization.
- Assist in reviewing Service Level Agreement.
- Manage and monitor product availability through regular meetings with quality assurance, logistics, and warehousing departments.
- Monitor and measure service level provided by third parties.
- Promote seamless communication between CMOs and Supply Chain team activities.
- Maintain knowledge and adhere to Ethics and Integrity principles.
- Comply with Health, Safety, and Environment policies and promote sustainability.
- Support Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within the organization.
