Job Summary

The Medi-Spa Physician is responsible for administering cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests. They must possess the clinical knowledge to administer these procedures, safely and effectively, and be able to explain accurately all aspects of the products and services, to the guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Become a valuable team member by being punctual and prepared for each appointment.
  • Deliver consistent professional medi-spa services and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain open communication with guests regarding their treatment plans and progress.
  • Show flexibility with scheduling to support the needs of the spa and guest.
  • Take proper care of equipment and use supplies efficiently to assist with cost control.
  • Familiarize yourself with service pricing policies and ensure compliance.
  • Complete medical records for each guest prior to treatment and store them securely.
  • Cross-promote other spa services to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Uphold high standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by policy and procedure.
  • Manage medical product and supply inventory effectively.
  • Report any incidents or concerns involving staff or guests to management promptly.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to guest requests.
  • Promote a positive work environment and contribute to a quality work atmosphere.
  • Regularly attend and participate in training and staff meetings.
  • Support all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
  • Train new spa staff in medi-spa services and cross-promotion skills.
  • Familiarize yourself with Medi-Spa Operations Policies.
  • Email daily revenue reports and inventory updates to shore-side teams.
  • Ensure that all guests complete required consent forms and review aftercare instructions before treatment.
