Senior Cloud Network Architect

We seek an accomplished Senior Cloud Network Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to our global strategy by supporting customers with their SAP S/4 HANA adoption on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have excellent network administration experience or support experience on hyperscalers (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP). A good knowledge of various architecture approaches for deployment on hyperscalers and hands-on experience in handling at least one migration End-to-End from on-premises to hyperscaler including network onboarding activities is required.

Solid knowledge and demonstrable experience in customer network infrastructure-related services, having a clear overview and understanding of all network services matrix which relates to people, process, and tools is also necessary. Additionally, expertise in at least one Hyperscaler technology (Azure/AWS/GCP) and overall understanding in all Hyperscalers of onboarding, operation services in network area is required.

Candidates must be collaborative, passionate about network technology, and able to tie the dots between customers and all types of network service providers including architecture teams. They must also be able to deescalate network-related issues when raised by providing network expertise.

• Conduct technical and architectural discussions with customers, developing solution roadmaps.
• Leverage integration approaches with various cloud solutions, business continuity (HA/DR) architecture, underlying network, and storage topology on AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms.
• Owning, leading, and synchronizing network services-related operational tasks, mitigating network-related escalations, and contributing to network services process improvements.
• Assisting in network operational activities of technical system landscapes on hyperscalers.
• Identifying current network service-related issues, defining action plans, and driving resolution with the help of various network service providers.
• Providing high-quality and stable network deliverables and operations across customer E2E lifecycle.

• Ability to continuously acquire new knowledge and latest technologies in an independent and proactive way.
• Understanding of SAP Solutions and related cloud technologies would be plus.
• Excellent communication both verbal and written in English.
